As per financials, Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Limited has shown good results, RoNW is 27.86% and P/E is respectively 7.75 and 9.64 as per FY22 and FY23 earnings. So, issue looks reasonably priced. But higher value of issue expenses is very surprising.
