Incorporated in May 2021, Vectras Enprocon Limited (VEL) is a Gujarat-based Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company operating primarily in the midstream and downstream segments of the Oil and Gas industry. The company’s core value proposition centers on serving as an integrated infrastructure service provider specializing in cross-country pipeline networks, spur pipelines, city gas stations, combined station works, and associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation facilities. Operating under an item-rate contract model, VEL participates in both public sector and private sector competitive tenders, offering end-to-end execution across project identification, feasibility surveys, design engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
The company caters to a specialized B2B customer base comprising public sector undertakings (PSUs) and major private sector conglomerates in the energy, petroleum refining, chemical, and city gas distribution sectors. Key end-use clients include Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Gujarat Gas Limited, Central Railway, Reliance Industries Limited, and Adani Group. VEL derives a substantial portion of its business from repeat contracts and ongoing project awards, with its top 10 customers contributing 92.27% of operational revenue in FY26 and 97.29% in the six-month period ended September 30, 2026.
VEL maintains a strong regional footprint in Western India while actively expanding across domestic markets. Operations are heavily concentrated in the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra, which collectively accounted for 71.52% of total operational revenue in FY26 (₹8,568.54 lakhs) and 87.92% in 6M FY27 (₹6,324.62 lakhs). To mitigate regional concentration risks, the company has successfully executed projects across other states including Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Punjab, Odisha, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. All export obligations are cleared, and 100% of current revenues originate from domestic infrastructure contracts within India.
Unlike traditional manufacturing companies, VEL operates purely in the EPC service sector and does not own fixed manufacturing plants or factory machinery. Registered and headquartered at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company manages project-specific execution through temporary site mobilization, rented commercial logistics, and client-supplied or vendor-procured construction materials. Consequently, as officially declared in the Red Herring Prospectus, capacity and capacity utilization metrics are "Not Applicable" to the company's business model.
Critical operational highlights include an in-house project execution, engineering, and operations team comprising over 900 permanent employees as of September 30, 2026. VEL maintains global quality, environmental, occupational health, and security certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, ISO 27001:2022, and ISO 45001:2018.
