Company has shown negative earnings and issue looks very aggressively priced. Performance of BRLM is good. So we give AVOID rating to this SME IPO.

Started in 2013, Transpact Enterprises Limited is Mumbai based innovative healthcare startup. We are a design, development and distribution company for therapeutic device - 'Vestibulator' which is a unique and innovative therapeutic design in medical device segment. Vestibulator has been incubated at SINE (Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship), IIT Bombay. Further, a licence agreement had been executed between IIT Bombay and the company to carry out all commercialization activities. The company along with IIT Bombay has filed a joint patent for the technology of Vestibulator with Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Vestibulator is a compact, mechanized, innovative therapeutic device which is ergonomically designed to provide stimulations for vestibular, neuro-developmental and sensory integration therapy. Group company Octaware Technologies is already listed on BSE SME since 2017. Shares issued at Rs. 90 are currently quoting at Rs. 98.50 with 52 weeks high/low of Rs. 110/Rs. 91. As per the financial performance front, Transpact has posted turnover/net profits of Rs. 0.00 cr. / Rs. - (0.05) cr. (FY17), Rs. 0.00 cr. / Rs. - (0.09) cr. (FY18) and Rs. 0.13 cr. / Rs. - (0.07) cr. (FY19). So it has shown negative earnings. For last three fiscals, Transpact has posted an average EPS of Rs. - (2.60) and an average RoNW of - (28.17)%. The issue is priced at a P/BV of 3.71 on the basis of its NAV of Rs. 35 post issue. As company has shown losses all these years, so it has negative P/E and so this issue looks very aggressively priced. As per RHP, there is no listed peers which can be compared. On BRLM's front, for Aryaman this is the 33rd IPO in last three fiscals and from last 10 IPOs, two opened below issue price and remaining opened above issue price with 0.05% to 2% premium on the day of listing. As of now, from last 10 IPOs, two are trading below issue price and remaining above issue price. ( As on 23.08.2019 ) Company has shown negative earnings and issue looks very aggressively priced. Performance of BRLM is good. So we give AVOID rating to this SME IPO.
