    as per GMP its 70:30 ratio and it depends on subscription at the end if subscription is more than 3-4 times overall on second day then its you can subscribe otherwise better to avoid for listing gains.

    tejas networks valuations are high, so if there is any down trend or correction in market during listing time, then it may open below ipo price. So subscribe at last day if subscription is more than 10 times.

    As a matter of fact, where the rating agency rates any IPO under "Neutral" assessment", the investor feels hesitate to invest and these IPO really does not perform any listing gain rather listing loss rests in hand investor, if investor sells shares on day of listing. This company is engaged in a industry which is at growth stage, if shares list below the issue price then also there is huge chances of profit, if investor hold shares for period minimum period of 2-3 months from date of listing. Investor are guided not to bid in this IPO for the purpose of listing gain only. These shares can give profit of minimum 20-25% after expiry of period of 2-3 months.
