Incorporated in 1995, Gujarat based Sungold Media and Entertainment Limited is a company engaged in the business of branding. The company offers services like Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, Graphics Design, Website Design, Photography, Videography, Video Editing, Celebrity Management and distribution services. Sungold designs and develops solutions to maximize brand image of its clients. Some of the Ongoing projects of the company are:1. News portal- www.liveupdates.co.in2. Entertainment portal- www.entertainment365.in3. Portal on the state of Gujarat-www.gujaratdevelopment.com The company has presently 10 permanent employees on its payroll. As per financial performance, company has posted total income/net profits of Rs. 0.11 cr. / Rs. 0.003 cr. (FY13), Rs. 0.15 cr. / Rs. 0.01 cr. (FY14), Rs. 0.35 cr. / Rs. 0.06 cr. (FY15), Rs. 0.56 cr. / Rs. 0.09 cr. (FY16), Rs. 0.60 cr. / Rs. 0.05 cr. (FY17) and Rs. 0.45 cr. / Rs. 0.03 cr. (28.02.18 FY18). Company has shown growth, but it suffered setback in FY17 and FY18 in bottom-line. Also top-line is all most identical since FY 16. For last three fiscals, it has posted an average EPS of Rs 0.16 and an average RoNW of 1.39%. Issue is priced at P/E of around 153 if we annualise latest earnings and take post issue equity and P/BV of 0.90 based on its NAV of 11.16 as on 28.02.18. As per prospectus, it has shown Balaji Telefilms Limited, Cineline India Limited and Eros International Media Limited as its listed peer and are trading at P/E of 0, 14.50 and 5.23 respectively, but it can't be compared strictly. So issue looks aggressively priced. On BRLM's front, for Finshore Management Services Limited this is the 3rd SME IPO. Last IPO opened above issue price and currently trading above issue price. ( As on 06.08.18 ) As per financials, company's performance not so good, RoNw is 1.39% for last three fiscals and issue is aggressively priced as per latest earnings. The domain in which company works is very competitive segment and company hasn't shown any remarkable performance. So we give AVOID rating to this SME IPO as per current market situation.
