As per financials, company's growth is consistent (sudden jump in bottom line of FY17 and H1 of FY18 is surprising), RoNW is 2.69% for last three fiscals and issue looks reasonably priced as per latest earnings. Started in 2007, Sintercom India Limited is Pune-based Company engaged in the business of manufacturing sintered metal automotive components of engines, transmissions systems, body chassis and exhaust applications using sintering manufacturing processes. The products manufactured by the company are used in the commercial and passenger vehicles. The main product line of the Company is manufacturing of high strength structural sintered components of Engine and Transmissions. Company mainly caters to the domestic Original Equipment manufacturers (OEM) buyers like Maruti Suzuki Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Bajaj Auto Limited and Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited in automotive segment. Company has an in-house dedicated Research & Development team. Company has been developing new products in engines, transmission systems and body chasis for OEMs and Tier-1 customers. 57870000 24202822 On financial performance front, SIL has posted turnover/net profits of Rs. 44.54 cr. / Rs. 0.10 cr. (FY13), Rs. 46.25 cr. / Rs. 0.13 cr. (FY14), Rs. 49.45 cr. / Rs. 0.09 cr. (FY15), Rs. 63.34 cr. / Rs. 0.69 cr. (FY16) and Rs. 66.01 cr. / Rs. 1.63 cr (FY17). For first half of current fiscal, it has reported net profit of Rs. 2.89 cr. on a turnover of Rs. 36.26 cr. Thus it has shown consistent growth in top line and in last 2 and half years in bottom lines. In last one and half years there is sudden jump in company profit, which is surprising. For last three fiscals it has posted an average EPS of Rs. 0.55 and an average RoNW of 2.69% on an equity base of Rs. 19.19 crore. If we annualise latest earnings and attribute it to fully diluted equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 27 based on upper price band. Asking price is at a P/BV of 2.92 based on upper price band (on its NAV of Rs.22.27 as on 30.09.17). As per offer documents, company has no listed peers to compare with. As per latest earnings, issue looks reasonably priced. On merchant banker's front, this is the 58th mandate from its stable in last three fiscals. Out of last 10 listings, 1 opened around par and the rest with premiums ranging from 1% to 130% on the day of listing. (Listing at premium of 130% was for main board IPO of Astron Paper) As per financials, company's growth is consistent (sudden jump in bottom line of FY17 and H1 of FY18 is surprising), RoNW is 2.69% for last three fiscals and issue looks reasonably priced as per latest earnings. Company is in the business of auto components sector and big brands are its clients. With growth of auto sector, its also get benefited. So, we give SUBSCRIBE rating to this SME IPO for medium to long term.

There can't be any price prediction as its just listed and it has very small equity. As per gmp it should have touched once 81 and after that its now in normal trade mode as all brokers who had made out of market trades, settled it. So no specific view on this.

SME movements are unpredictable. This is a good Company and may do well in future. But the IPO was priced at a very high PE compared to other SMEs.
