Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified integrated amusement destination located near the scenic Athirappilly waterfalls in Thrissur, Kerala. Positioned to be a one-stop entertainment hub, the company provides a comprehensive recreational portfolio combining an amusement cum water theme park, an indoor snow park, and an integrated resort under the brand "Silver Storm". The underlying business model is structured to maximize visitor dwell time and monetization through two primary revenue streams: ticketing revenues from park admissions, and non-ticketing revenues derived from in-house food and beverage (F&B) operations, merchandise sales, resort accommodation, and event hosting. The company caters to a highly diversified demographic, drawing visitors from a massive catchment population of over 50 million people across South India. The core target segments include families, youths, tourists, and a strong base of institutional clients such as educational institutions and corporate groups. To ensure a steady inflow of bookings and mitigate seasonal unpredictability, the company employs an active institutional marketing and regional sales network with localized outreach across Kerala and neighboring states like Tamil Nadu. The company's manufacturing operations are based in Rajkot, Gujarat, spread across four units totaling an area of approximately 5,968.51 square meters. Currently, Units I, II, and III are fully operational, handling forging, machining, raw material storage, and die manufacturing respectively. Unit IV is presently a vacant plot earmarked for the company's upcoming capital expansion to establish an additional forging facility. Unlike conventional manufacturing enterprises, Silverstorm's core infrastructure comprises its expansive leisure facilities. Its flagship Athirappilly Theme Park is spread across 17.38 acres of land, featuring 41 low-to-high thrill rides, a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor snow park maintained at -10°C, a 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant with a 500-guest seating capacity, and an 8-room resort. As part of its geographical expansion, the company recently launched a 5,183 sq. ft. indoor snow park at a mall in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and is actively developing an 11,100 sq. ft. snow park and Family Entertainment Center (FEC) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. While traditional capacity utilization metrics do not directly apply to theme parks, the company effectively tracks its operational efficiency through footfalls, recording an impressive 6.71 lakh visitors in Fiscal 2026. On the operational front, the company heavily prioritizes safety, hygiene, and margin expansion. A critical operational highlight was the strategic transition of its F&B operations from an outsourced third-party model to in-house management in late 2024, which significantly enhanced its non-ticketing revenue capture and overall EBITDA margins. To maintain its high safety standards, the company implements a stringent maintenance protocol, including daily operational checks, routine ride inspections, and water quality monitoring. Additionally, the company is undertaking significant capital expenditure to construct a 1.2 km aerial ropeway cable car at Athirappilly, which will serve as a premier attraction and further differentiate its offering in the regional tourism market. As per financial performance, Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited has posted total income / net profits of Rs 19.11 Cr / Rs 0.97 Cr (FY24), Rs 31.64 Cr / Rs 9.71 Cr (FY25) and Rs 44.85 Cr / Rs 19.10 Cr (FY26). So as per previous financials data, the company has shown explosive top-line and bottom-line growth, with EBITDA margins expanding significantly due to in-house F&B operations, alongside strategic deployment of upcoming IPO proceeds to prepay Rs 24.00 Cr in debt to effectively de-leverage its balance sheet. If we attribute the latest earnings of FY24, FY25, and FY26 to the expanded equity base post-issue, then the asking price is at a Post-Issue P/E of around 309.30, 31.07, and 15.79 respectively.
