Company has good financials, as per FY20 P/E is 6.25 and RoE 13.90. The difference between CMP and right issue price is around 15%, and upcoming time for this industry will be very challenging, so we give AVOID rating to this right issue. But whoever is holding the stock can sold the shares in open market as per eligible shares in Right Issue and purchase same quantity from Right Issue.
