Tuni Textile Mills Limited (TTML), originally incorporated as "Tuni Textile Mills Private Limited" on July 6, 1987, and converted into a public limited company on August 6, 1992, is a Mumbai-headquartered Indian textile manufacturing enterprise. Founded and promoted by Mr. Narendra Kumar Sureka and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sureka, the company possesses over three decades of operating history in the domestic textile industry. TTML specializes in the manufacturing and trading of high-quality synthetic grey fabrics utilized for shirting, suiting, uniforms, and casual wear.
The company operates an integrated business-to-business (B2B) model centered on product quality, design innovation, and customer satisfaction. Its product portfolio covers a broad spectrum of weaves and fabric blends—including pick-and-pick, chambray, fil-à-fil, poly-viscose, cotton-linen, and twills—allowing it to address diverse commercial requirements. TTML strengthens its core manufacturing operations through in-house design and product development, complemented by flexible order execution via job-work and fabric trading arrangements.
In its primary market, TTML acts as a trusted supplier to several well-established Indian clothing brands, leading garment exporters, and uniform manufacturers. The business relies heavily on key institutional relationships, resulting in high customer concentration where its top five customers contributed 91.92% of operational revenues in FY26, 98.38% in FY25, and 95.65% in FY24. While maintaining long-term commercial relationships, sales are driven through order-by-order bookings rather than long-term supply contracts.
The company’s manufacturing facility, warehouses, and storage premises are centralized at MIDC Murbad, Thane District, Maharashtra. The weaving unit is equipped with advanced European rapier looms—specifically 44 Sulzer Rapier G6200 weaving looms—and auxiliary machinery. The plant holds an existing annual production capacity of 2.70 million meters (or 20,51,918 meters of varying widths). To support business growth, TTML is undertaking a machine upgradation and capacity expansion initiative to raise its installed manufacturing capacity to 3,264,415 meters per annum, representing an incremental capacity addition of approximately 59.08%.
