Q&T Foods Limited (formerly known as Q&T Foods Private Limited) is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and selling of bakery products in the savoury category under its brand ‘American Bakers’. Its product portfolio includes white bread, brown bread, milk bread, multigrain bread, fruit bread, burger buns, pizza bases, pav, kulchas, masala buns, sweet buns, and garlic bread. The company’s core value proposition lies in its ability to offer high-quality, fresh, and wholesome bakery products to local consumers while maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with its network of distributors and dealers. Its underlying business model is built on an asset-light, decentralized distribution network, where sales are executed through dealers who resell products to retail endpoints, allowing the company to scale transaction volumes efficiently.
The company’s customer demographics comprise local retail consumers who seek Western-style bakery formats and convenience food options. Its primary client segments are B2B wholesale dealers and distributors, with the top 10 customers contributing 31.56% of revenue in FY24, 24.85% in FY25, and 25.01% in FY26. In terms of geographic reach, Q&T Foods is heavily concentrated in North India, particularly in Uttar Pradesh, which generated Rs 3,469.90 lakhs (86.28%) in FY24, Rs 4,610.47 lakhs (98.45%) in FY25, and Rs 5,436.69 lakhs (99.25%) in FY26. Product-wise, bread is the primary revenue driver, contributing 99.91% of total sales in Fiscal 2026, while other bakery products made up the remaining 0.09%.
To support its production activities, the company operates a dedicated, leased manufacturing facility admeasuring 10,750 square feet located at Khasra No. 378, Deenanathpur, Puthi, Post Dasna, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. This centralized hub coordinates processes across departments—from raw material sifting and mixing to proofing, baking, and packaging. The total installed production capacity of this facility stood at 9,472 tonnes per annum (TPA) across the last three fiscals. Actual production has steadily increased, from 7,446 tons in FY24 to 7,994 tons in FY25, and 8,651 tons in FY26. Consequently, capacity utilization has risen consistently, recording 78.61% in Fiscal 2024, 84.39% in Fiscal 2025, and peaking at 91.33% in Fiscal 2026.
A critical operational highlight is the company's systematic, step-by-step automated production process, which includes sifting of flours, standard ingredient portioning, spiral mixing, dough proofing for 75 minutes at 36°C to 38°C, and controlled baking. The company maintains high quality standards, backed by ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certifications. To fund its next phase of growth, Q&T Foods plans to utilize a portion of its IPO proceeds to expand the existing manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad and procure additional high-yield processing machinery. This expansion aims to support strategic entries into higher-margin product categories, such as pizza puffs, sub breads, footlong breads, and croissants.
