Purple Style Labs Limited is a premier, fast-growing Indian multi-brand luxury omni-channel fashion platform. Founded in August 2015, the company has established a unique technology-enabled discovery and retail ecosystem under its flagship brand, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop (PPUS). The company's core value proposition lies in aggregating a deeply curated assortment of premium Indian designer wear and luxury apparel, providing customers with seamless global access to bespoke fashion. Operating an asset-light, multi-designer discovery model, Purple Style Labs acts as an institutional bridge between high-net-worth customers and marquee designer labels, offering partners global marketing reach, brand image preservation, and price control while providing customers with a premium personalized styling experience.
The company's business model targets high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and affluent global shoppers seeking high-end occasion, bridal, and festive wear. Through its online discovery platforms—consisting of the website (www.perniaspopupshop.com) and the PPUS mobile application (on both iOS and Android)—the company served a global customer base across approximately 100 countries. In Fiscal 2026 alone, its digital channel attracted 19.14 million Unique Visitors, with significant international interest hailing from luxury hubs such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. The company has served more than 200,000 Unique Customers between Fiscals 2024 and 2026, recording a highly robust Average Order Value (AOV) of Rs 75,504.88 in Fiscal 2026.
As a specialized retail platform, Purple Style Labs Limited does not operate heavy manufacturing factories or direct textile production infrastructure. Instead, the company operates an asset-light curation model, showcasing and distributing custom clothing from 1,109 Active Designer Brands (including Seema Gujral, Amit Aggarwal, Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna, and Anushree Reddy) on a consignment or back-order basis. Its infrastructure primarily consists of its corporate headquarters in Mumbai and a global network of 14 brick-and-mortar 'Experience Centers' (Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio) covering prime retail real estate. These physical touchpoints are strategically located in prestigious high-street clusters across Indian metros (including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, and Hyderabad) and international fashion capitals, including London, UK, and Madison Avenue, New York City.
Although the company does not have manufacturing capacity metrics, it has scaled its retail infrastructure significantly by shifting focus toward Large Format Experience Centers ranging in size from 20,000 to 60,000 square feet. These large-format stores are designed to provide immersive physical interactions where shoppers receive personalized styling advice from in-store stylists and access custom alteration services. The company's in-house technology platform serves as a critical operational highlight, utilizing proprietary customer segmentation cookies, live transaction push notifications, and virtual video consultations to drive powerful network effects. This technology suite is backed by an in-house creative production, content management, and digital marketing apparatus that enables the company to consistently scale its global designer footprint and optimize inventory holding costs.
