As per financials, company's performance is outstanding, RoNw is 29.03% for last three fiscals and issue is reasonably priced as per latest earnings. Company is in business of manufacturing/assembling LED TVs, LED monitors and Power Banks and has very huge growth opportunities with Government of India's Make In India focus. Started in 2015, Delhi based Powerful Technologies Limited is a company engaged in the business of manufacturing/assembling LED TVs, LED monitors and Power Banks. Powerful Technologies, initially sold its products under the brand names of "Powereye" and "Lappy Master". The company also used to make power banks for other brands. In the year 2016-17, it got approval from Kodak and Polaroid to manufacturer mobile power banks and LED TVs respectively. The company is an authorized licensee for Kodak Power banks and Polaroid LED TVs and LED Monitors in India. As part of its focus to sell its products online, the company has recently tied-up with Appraio Retail Pvt. Ltd, a JV of Amazon Asia and Patni group as also with Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd. The company's manufacturing unit is located at Noida. The company has installed capacity of 1,50,000 LED TVs / Monitors and 8,00,000 power banks with capacity utilisation of 62.27% and 30.20% respectively. The company has recently delivered the first shipment of mobile adapters to its distributors under "Powereye" brand. The company has 73 employees including contractual employees on its payroll. As per financial performance, company has posted total income/net profits of Rs. 24.97 cr. / Rs. 0.27 cr. (FY16), Rs. 35.61 cr. / Rs. 0.61 cr. (FY17) and Rs. 62.62 cr. / Rs. 6.22 cr. (FY18). From the financials, company has shown exceptional growth in all these years, and rise in bottom-line exponential. For last three fiscals, it has posted an average EPS of Rs 4.09 and an average RoNW of 29.03%. Issue is priced at P/BV of 1.95 based on its NAV of 26.09 post issue. If we take latest earnings of FY18 and attribute it on fully diluted equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 11.36. This valuation looks reasonably priced, only if company can maintain similar margins in upcoming years. On BRLM's front, for Finshore Management Services Limited this is the 2nd SME IPO. Last IPO opened above issue price and currently trading above issue price. ( As on 03.08.18 ) As per financials, company's performance is outstanding, RoNw is 29.03% for last three fiscals and issue is reasonably priced as per latest earnings. Company is in business of manufacturing/assembling LED TVs, LED monitors and Power Banks and has very huge growth opportunities with Government of India's Make In India focus. SME stocks are very risky as equity and investors are limited. So one need to hold it or book profit or loss whatsoever there available. Ratings are given based on financial, but price never depends on financial.

@all, in terms of financial its good, but market sentiment not good so it may be risky with probability for profit 70% and lose 30%.
