yeah process are same, just SME stocks can be sold or purchased by terminals only.

@Bhavesh, as analyst we can only look balance sheet, and past performance. But allegations may be true or false, so its best to wait till last day to apply in this kind of IPO.

Most of the ginning mills are running in loss for at least 5 years. I am from the area where this company operates. Most of the ginning mills in saurashtra, a part of gujarat, are bankrupt. Huge NPA for banks and other private finance institutions.This sector is running through nightmare period. BE WISE PLS. DONT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE COOKED THEIR BALANCE SHEET TO SHOW PROFIT. I KNOW MANY GINNING MILL OWNERS WHO ARE IN DEEP TROUBLE, IF THEY SELL EVERYTHING THEN ALSO THEY WONT BE ABLE TO PAY THEIR DEBT
