Nido Home Finance Limited is a non-deposit taking Housing Finance Company focused on offering secured loan products to suit the needs of the individuals, including small ticket loans to the customers in the affordable housing category. They are a part of Edelweiss group which is one leading diversified financial services groups in India. The Company was incorporated on May 2, 2008. The Company has obtained a Certificate of Registration dated May 19, 2023 pursuant to the change in the name of the Company from Edelweiss Housing Finance Limited to Nido Home Finance Limited to commence/carry on the business of a housing finance institution without accepting public deposits subject to the conditions mentioned in the certificate of registration. As on June 30, 2023 they have 67 offices in 67 cities in India. Over the past several years, they have diversified and expanded the presence into markets that are of greater relevance to the products they offer. The offices aim at providing quick and seamless customer experience with emphasis on a single window interface for the customer. The Branch Operations have significant technology architecture to ensure industry leading customer experience. The operations are supported by 598 employees as on June 30, 2023.  The Loan Book was Rs 30,692.05 million as at March 31, 2023. The total capital adequacy ratio as at March 31, 2023 computed on the basis of applicable NHB requirements was 32.06%. The gross NPAs and net NPAs as a percentage of Loan Book was 1.91% and 1.46% respectively as at March 31, 2023. Company has shown declining results and NPAs are also looks in control, the rating is CRISIL AA- / Negative and ICRA A+ / Stable, which will be considered good, coupon rates are good and industry is also showing good growth. So we give NEUTRAL rating to this debt offer.
