NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited is a food processing and trading company engaged in the procurement, import, processing, grading, packaging, marketing, and distribution of dry fruits. The Company's product portfolio includes cashew nuts (raw and processed), makhana (fox nuts), almonds and Walnut, catering to domestic and regional markets through B2B, B2C and institutional channels. Company sources its Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) directly from selected farms in African countries as well as from registered domestic importers, ensuring access to raw materials at competitive prices. These nuts are then processed in-house to produce cashew kernels in a variety of grades. Company's unit situated at RIICO Industrial area Behror, Rajasthan, India, 301706 is well-equipped with plant and machinery to facilitate an efficient production process, including cleaning, grading, boiling, cooling, sorting, and packaging of products. The processing unit also is accredited with FSSAI license under Food Safety and Standards Act 2006. As per financial performance, NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited has posted total income / net profits of Rs 16.74 / 0.41 Cr (FY23), Rs 23.30 / Rs 1.01 Cr (FY24), Rs 35.75 Cr / 2.67 Cr (FY25) and Rs 36.95 Cr / 3.48 Cr (upto 30.11.25 FY26). So as per previous financials data, company has shown good growth. Company has an average EPS of Rs 3.16 and average RoNW of 20.97% for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/BV of 2.86 as per NAV of Rs 19.21/- as on 30.11.25. If we attribute latest earnings of FY24, FY25 and annualised FY26 on equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 68.32, 25.99 and 13.28 respectively.
