Incorporated in 2009 as KV Impex, they initially operated as an importer and trader of toys. In alignment with the Government of India’s 'Make in India' initiative and recognizing the growing demand for domestically produced quality toys, they transitioned to a contract manufacturing model by engaging OEM partners. They commenced operations with an initial portfolio of 20 SKUs and have since expanded the product range to 700+ active SKUs across multiple categories, catering to children of varying age groups. Company's diversified product portfolio includes friction-powered toys, soft bullet guns, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) toys, pullback toys, battery-operated and electronic toys, press-and-go toys, die-cast metal vehicles, bubble toys, dolls, and other play-based products. They market several proprietary brands such as Alia & Olivia (doll range), Yes Motors (die-cast car range), Funny Bubbles (bubble toys), and Thunder Strike (soft bullet guns), each catering to specific segments of the children's toy market. The product reach spans across India, with recent international expansion through exports to Germany. Company operates on a contract manufacturing model through exclusive partnerships with 11 OEM's facilities strategically located across India. The OEM partners operate under their technical guidance and supervision. They invest in proprietary moulds and supply the manufacturing partners with technology, know-how, and comprehensive training to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards and product specifications. The registered office of company is situated at Thane West, Kavesar, Thane. Further, the in-house facility situated at Kalher, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra comprises eight units collectively spanning approximately 100,000 square feet. This facility is utilized for final product assembly, quality control processes and as a central warehousing hub, supporting inventory management and streamlined distribution. No primary manufacturing activity is carried out at this facility. Company have established a wide-reaching multi-channel distribution network comprising over 2,000 general trade customers and more than 30 modern retail chains. They also maintain a presence on e-commerce platforms and have begun leveraging quick commerce channels to enhance last-mile delivery. The products are accessible to a broad consumer base, including Tier II and Tier III cities. As per financial performance, K. V. Toys India Limited has posted total income / net profits of Rs 0 / Rs (0.10) Cr (FY24), Rs 85.60 Cr / 4.59 Cr (FY25) and Rs 80.90 Cr / 4.05 Cr (upto Q2 FY26). So as per previous financials data, company has shown very limited financial data. Company has Issue is priced at a P/BV of 8.37 as per NAV of Rs 28.57/- as on 30.09.25. If we attribute latest earnings of FY24, FY25 and annualised FY26 on equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around (1404.04), 32.68 and and 18.51 respectively.
