The financials of the company looks good, RoNW is 15.34% and at CMP its looks fairly priced. Price difference is around 9% at CMP and acceptance ration as per current share holding for retail will be around 3% for retail, but it may be possible that this ratio may go down as more people will buy for buyback and so we may expect the final acceptance ratio may be around 15% and profit may be 1-2%. So we give NEUTRAL rating to this buyback.

    Here, no change in company fundamentals, just price action. So one may book profit as it would be difficult for normal investor if it starts again in down circuit. Note: Such companies can go in any way, and any price may come, but without good results price can't sustain, so our view is sell.

    it's very big disappointment, we suggest to hold for more 3-6 months and than also it not perform, than exit from it.
