As per financials, Hi-Green Carbon Limited has shown good results, RoNW is 48.02% and P/E is respectively 50.94 and 17.28 as per FY22 and FY23 earnings. As per FY22 earnings issue looks aggressively priced and as per FY23 earnings issue looks fairly priced. Also sudden rise in net profit is very surprising. Company is in business of waste tyres recycling, which is highly fragmented and competitive segment. Performance of BRLM is very good. So we are giving rating to this SME IPO for listing gains.
