Helloji Holidays Limited offers customized holiday packages for leisure travellers and provide end-to-end travel solutions, including domestic and international flight bookings, hotel and resort reservations, cruises, luxury car rentals, sightseeing, and destination management services. The offerings are designed for both individual travellers and groups, including corporate bookings. They also provide value-added services such as travel insurance, passport and visa assistance. As per financial performance, Helloji Holidays Limited has posted total income / net profits of Rs 17.17 / 0.19 Cr (FY23), Rs 25.97 / Rs 1.80 Cr (FY24), Rs 28.17 Cr / 2.09 Cr (FY25) and Rs 12.74 Cr / 0.90 Cr (upto Q2 FY26). So as per previous financials data, company has shown steady growth. Company has an average EPS of Rs 10.05 and average RoNW of 63.53% for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/BV of 4.12 as per NAV of Rs 28.65/- as on 30.09.25. If we attribute latest earnings of FY24, FY25 and annualised FY26 on equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 22.42, 19.30 and and 22.30 respectively. As per RHP, comparison between listed peers is shown in above table. On BRLM's front, Khambatta Securities Limited is associated with this SME IPO, and has handled 15 IPOs in last three fiscal years.
