As per financial performance, Hamps Bio Limited has posted total income / net profits of Rs 5.34 Cr / Rs 0.12 Cr (FY22), Rs 5.58 Cr / Rs 0.36 Cr (FY23), Rs 6.50 Cr / Rs 0.50 Cr (FY24) and Rs 4.36 Cr / Rs 0.34 Cr (31.10.24 FY24). So as per previous financials data, company has shown steady growth. Company has posted an average EPS of Rs 1.46 and average RoNW of 18.21% for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/BV of 2.24 as per NAV of Rs 22.8/- as on post issue. If we attribute latest earnings of FY23, FY24 and annualized FY25 on fully diluted equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 61.88, 44.37 and 38.03 respectively, which looks fully priced. As per RHP, there are no listed peers as per RHP. On BRLM's front, Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited is associated with this SME IPO and this is first IPO from the lead manager. ( As on 05.12.24 ) As per financials, Hamps Bio Limited has shown steady growth, RoNW is 14.84% and P/E is respectively 61.88, 44.37 and 38.03 as per FY23, FY24 and annualized FY25 earnings. So, issue looks fully aggressively priced as per recent earnings. Company is engaged in the marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical formulation products as well as the manufacturing of freeze dried and frozen products, which is highly competitive and fragmented business segment. So, we give AVOID rating for this IPO.
