Started in 2014, Fone4 Communications (India) Limited is an online Electronic E-Commerce company. The company distributes a wide range of products online and offline such as electronic gadgets and accessories for Smart Phones, Laptops, Smart Television, etc. from major manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, Nokia, Redmi, Techno, Karbonn, One Plus, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, HP, Acer, Avita, TCL, Xiaomi, LG, and Sansui. Fone4 Communications is located in Kerela. Fone4 Communications has 25 Showrooms with the brand name 'FONE4' in all major cities of Kerala including Calicut, Cochin, Kollam, Kottayam, Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, among others. The company's warehouse is located in Kochi, Kerela. As per financial performance, Fone4 has posted total income/net profits of Rs 152.43 Cr / Rs (1.55) Cr (FY19), Rs 57.52 Cr / Rs (0.98) Cr (FY20), Rs 63.80 Cr / Rs (0.10) Cr (FY21) and Rs 42.12 Cr / Rs 0.09 Cr (upto Q3 FY22). So company has shown zig-zag results and posted losses consistently. Company has posted an average EPS of Rs (3.63) and average RoNW of (837.23%) for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/B of 1.12 as per NAV of Rs 8.95 post issue. As per annualised FY22 earnings P/E is 148. As per RHP, there are no listed peers. On BRLM's front, Finshore Management Services Limited associated with this SME IPO and handled 14 IPO in last 3 years. From last 10 IPOs, 9 opened above issue price and one at par and as of now 5 trading below issue price and remaining above. ( As on 25.04.22 ) As per financials Fone4, has shown zig-zag results, RoNW is negative and P/E is respectively 148 as per annualised FY22 earnings, which looks very aggressively priced.
