    this share is at near year low, so you should wait at least 2-3 months and if you can hold for 4-5 years than you may see price of 120-140.

    As government is very keen with house for all by 2022, so this company will be benefitted most. that is plus point, but when we see past performance (4-5 years) growth is very limited, that is negative, so it may be a good defensive stock (7-10% return YoY) but won't be multi bagger.
