The financials of the company are almost static and FY18 seen decline in bottom-line, RoNW is 48.49% and at CMP its looks fairly priced. Price difference is around 31% and acceptance ratio as per current share holding for retail will be around 13%, but it may be possible that this ratio may go down as more people will buy the stock for buyback and so we may expect the final acceptance ratio may be around 20% and profit may be 6%. So we give NEUTRAL rating to this buyback.

    Now Real Estate companies are outperforming market and this may help it to recover, so one should hold for 3-6 months.

    real estate market is not performing overall, so this stock is also not moving and trading in fix boundary.

    @Girish, this company is very good, but it hadn't gained momentum, so need to wait for 6-12 months. it will move towards 450.

    in equity market, its very hard to predict short term move as there are lot of factors which decides market move. so try to invest for at least 6-12 months, otherwise chances for loss very high.

    @sanjay, yeah there is no trade on 399, but its prelisting settlement price, so its called open price and based on this upper and lower price limits set.
