D.K. Enterprises Global Limited, situated at Panchkula (Haryana), engaged in manufacturing of Paper Based Packing Material, Self Adheshive Tapes (specialty tapes likes Masking, Siliconized, Medical and Surface protection Tapes), Laminated Products and flexible Packaging. They have been working almost exclusive with major multinational corporations in consumer space. Company’s registered office and manufacturing facilities Unit I is located in Panchkula at Haryana and Unit II at Vadodra in Gujarat. They are proposing to commence manufacturing facilities at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh for manufacturing of Clear/Printed Bopp Tape, Masking/specialty tapes and Laminated Products. They are also proposing to installed machinery at Vadodara (Unit II) for manufacturing of Clear/Printed Bopp Tape, Masking/specialty tapes and Laminated Products. On the financial performance front, DKEGL reported turnover/net profits (loss) of Rs.45.55 Cr./ 1.49 Cr. (FY20), Rs. 64.95 Cr / 2.43 Cr. (FY21) and Rs.19.12 Cr. / 0.99 Cr. (Q1 FY22). So company has shown growth. For the last 2 years, company has posted average EPS of Rs. 5.35 and RoNW of 35.61%. The issue is priced at a P/BV of 1.75 based on its NAV of Rs. 22.85 post issue. As per FY21 earnings and on post issue equity, IPO is valued at P/E of around 12, and as per FY22 annualised earnings P/E is 7.5 which looks reasonably priced. Comparison between listed peers is shown in above table, but it can't be compared apple to apple basic. On BRLM's front, Beeline Broking Limited associated with this SME IPO and handled 9 IPOs in last 3 years. From last 9 IPOs, two opened below issue price and remaining above issue price. As of now from 9 IPOs, three is trading below issue price and remaining are trading above issue price. (As on 04.10.21 ) For DKEGL, financials are good, RoNW is 35.61% and P/E is around 12 for FY21, so issue looks reasonably priced. Also, packaging industry has huge growth opportunities, but there are high competition due to low entry barriers. Performance of BRLM is average. So we give SUBSCRIBE rating to this SME IPO.
