    @Mr Jain, SME companies if managed properly, then have very bright future and can expand exponentially as India has very huge market. But it also has risk as management is very unknown and it may go in reverse also, but if someone pick good company then it may give very good returns, but very risky at the end.

    SME companies can go in main stream IPOs if their net worth goes beyond 100 cr. After that they can apply for it, but it requires much more compliance.

    if you have applied online, then there is option for withdrawal or cancelation, from there you can cancel your application.

    it looks like BRLM is the reason for very low subscription as its their first IPO as BRLM.

    subscription is low in both, but if anyone want to take risk and apply, then Beta will be better choice.
