Clara Industries Limited is engaged in providing flexible plastic packaging solutions. They serve varied sectors spanning FMCG, Consumer Product, Hardware Tools, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Pharmaceuticals, Clothing & Hosiery, Edible Oil, Salt and Sugar industry. It is known in the industry for manufacturing and supplying of high-end multilayer Plastic bags and multilayer Plastic rolls in India. In flexible packaging, they manufacture printed films with surface printing as well as reverse printing, films between 51 micron and above as mandate by government laws and also laminates in two-three- and four-layer structure. The product range includes, Packaging films, flexible packaging, horticulture bags, HDPE bottles, plastic matts, printed & non-printed plastic sheets and plastic bangles. The manufacturing unit located at 127/1 Gram Simbhalka Junardar Paragna, Tehsil and District Saharanpur- 247001, Uttar Pradesh, India, having a total area of approximately 14,714 sq. ft. as on date of filing of Prospectus. Capacity utilization of plant is at 47.86%. On the financial performance front, Clara industries Limited has posted turnover/net profits (loss) of Rs. 0.63 Cr / 0.30 Cr. ( upto Nov 18, 21 FY22). So we have very limited financial data available. The issue is priced at a P/BV of 2.18 based on its NAVs of Rs 19.77 post issue. As per FY22 annualised earnings, on fully diluted equity post issue, IPO is priced at P/E of around 22, which looks aggressively priced. Comparison between listed peers in shown above table, but it can't be compared apple to apple basic. On BRLM's front, Gretex Corporate Services Private Limited associated with this SME IPO and has not handled any SME IPO in last 3 years. ( on 14.12.21 ) For Clara Industries Limited, very limited financials data is available, P/E is around 22 for FY22 annualised earnings, so issue looks reasonably priced.
