Carver Roboweld Limited (formerly known as Carver Welding Private Limited / Carver Roboweld Private Limited) is an integrated welding solutions provider engaged in the manufacturing of specialized welding consumables, including Metal Cored Wires, Welding Rods, and Gauging Electrodes. Incorporated in August 2009, the company has expanded its capabilities beyond core consumable manufacturing to deliver value-added engineering services, including forging die regeneration, supply of welding spares and accessories, and welding robot rental services. The company's core value proposition centers on delivering high-integrity metal-joining products alongside integrated automation and refurbishment solutions. Its underlying business model combines direct consumable sales with a strategic robot leasing model, wherein leased welding robots operate exclusively using the company's proprietary metal-cored wires, converting rental clients into captive, long-term consumable purchasers.
The company primarily caters to industrial clients operating within the forging, casting, automobile, heavy equipment, power generation, petroleum, chemical, cement, steel, and general fabrication sectors. Revenue is derived through a combination of product sales and engineering service charges. In Fiscal 2026, product sales accounted for 77.42% of total consolidated operational revenue, while service charges (forging die regeneration and robot rentals) contributed 22.58%. Operationally, the company maintains quality management systems certified under ISO 9001:2015 for both the manufacturing of welding electrodes and metal-cored wires and the sales of welding consumables. It is also recognized as a Sustaining Corporate Member of the American Welding Society (AWS). Following a Share Sale and Transfer Agreement executed on September 26, 2025, the company acquired 100% equity shareholding of Carver Engineering Private Limited, establishing it as a wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in heavy forging hammer re-conditioning, structural fabrication, and turnkey equipment refurbishment.
