For Bharat Dynamics Limited, it has shown zig-zag results and dividend yields at offer price around 3%. At CMP, its fully priced and difference of CMP and floor price is around 10% for retail ( as Rs 20 discount is given to RII ). A healthy order-book and constant focus of Government to increase Indian local participation in defence sector. So future looks very good. So, we suggest NEUTRAL for this OFS.
