The company’s manufacturing operations are strategically concentrated in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, where it operates two integrated divisions: the Steel Melting Shop (SMS) and Foundry Division (Manufacturing Facility 1) situated in Village Salani, and the Rolling Mill Division (Manufacturing Facility 2) situated in Village Turan. Manufacturing Facility 1 covers approximately 8 acres and specializes in manufacturing alloy & non-alloy ingots, metal rolls, and engineering castings, with an installed capacity of 54,690 MT in Fiscal 2026. Manufacturing Facility 2 covers approximately 10 acres and focuses on iron & steel re-rolling, with an installed capacity of 65,000 MT. The company maintains high operational efficiency with an aggregate capacity utilization of 87.71% in Fiscal 2026 (94.47% for the SMS & Foundry Division and 82.02% for the Rolling Mill Division).
