The financials of the company are good and growing YoY but bottom-line remained concern, RoNW is 21.49% and at CMP its looks fully priced. Price difference is around 37% and acceptance ration as per current share holding for retail will be around 5%, but it may be possible that this ratio may go down as more people will buy for buyback and so we may expect the final acceptance ratio may be around 15% and profit may be 5%. So we give NEUTRAL rating to this buyback.

    Divyesh Patel: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on Tuesday announced major changes to the fee structure for the Rs 25-trillion mutual fund (MF) industry, a decision that will hit the profits of asset management companies (AMCs) but result in savings for investors. The regulator has capped the so-called total expense ratio (TER) for fund houses with equity assets up to Rs 500 billion at 1.05 per cent, down from as much as 1.75 per cent charged earlier.Negative for HDFC AMC and Reliance AMC
