As per financials, Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Limited has shown good results, RoNW is 68.75% and P/E is respectively 479.14, 25.76 and 16.95 as per FY22, FY23 and annualised FY24 earnings. So, issue looks fully priced. But, sudden rise in net-profit is very surprising and it may be difficult to maintain similar margins. Company is in business of dryer manufacturing and trading, which is highly fragmented and competitive segment. Performance of BRLM is good. So we are giving NEUTRAL rating to this SME IPO.
