Started in 2001, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited is engaged in offering Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management services. The service range of the company includes solid waste collection, transportation, processing and disposal services to Indian municipalities. It has in-house expertise in landfill construction and management sector. The company is a part of Antony group which has a diversified business model including ancillary and automotive body-building industries. Till Jan 2020, Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has completed 25 projects for municipalities and for private players. The company mainly takes MSW processing projects, MSW C&T projects, and mechanized sweeping projects. Some of the major clients of the company are Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Jaypee International Sports, and Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC). Currently, the company has 1089 vehicles whose components are obtained from international suppliers named BUCHER Municipal AG and Compost System GmbH. As per financial performance, AWH has posted total income/net profits of Rs. 291.20 cr. / Rs. 41.04 cr. (FY17), Rs. 290.78 cr. / Rs. 39.88 cr. (FY18) and Rs. 298.52 cr. / Rs. 34.42 cr (FY19). For upto Q2 of FY20, company has posted profit of Rs 37.84 Cr on total revenue of Rs 225.63 Cr. So company has shown average performance till FY19, but upto Q2 of FY20, performance is very good. AWH has posted an average EPS of Rs. 13.15 and average RoNW of 23.17% for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/BV of 2.42 as per NAV of 123.74 on 30.09.19. As per FY19 earnings, P/E is around 23.32. If we attribute latest earnings of FY20 on fully diluted equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 10.60. As per RHP, there is no listed peer available in market. On BRLM's front, for Equirus Capital Private Limited, has handled around 2 IPOs in last three fiscals, and from last 2 IPOs, both opened below or at the issue price on the day of listing. As of now, from last 2 IPOs, both are trading above issue price. ( As on 03.03.2020 ) As per financials, results are average, RoNW is 23.17% for last three fiscals and issue looks fairly priced with respect to current earnings. This industry is growing in India and it's expected to grow at good rate in upcoming years. Performance of BRLM is average. So we give NEUTRAL rating to this IPO for long term investment.
