Started in 2001, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited is engaged in offering Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management services. The service range of the company includes solid waste collection, transportation, processing and disposal services to Indian municipalities. It has in-house expertise in landfill construction and management sector. The company is a part of Antony group which has a diversified business model including ancillary and automotive body-building industries. Till November 15, 2020, Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has undertaken 25 projects of which 18 are ongoing for municipalities and for private players. The company mainly takes MSW processing projects, MSW C&T projects, and mechanized sweeping projects. Some of the major clients of the company are Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Jaypee International Sports, and Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC). Currently, the company has 1147 vehicles whose components are obtained from international suppliers including from Compost System GmbH. As per financial performance, Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. has posted total income/net profits of Rs. 291.20 cr. / Rs. 41.04 cr. (FY17), Rs. 290.78 cr. / Rs. 39.88 cr. (FY18), Rs. 298.52 cr. / Rs. 34.42 cr (FY19) and Rs. 464.61 cr. / Rs. 60.90 cr (FY20). For upto Q2 of FY21, company has posted profit of Rs 28.89 Cr on total revenue of Rs 215.10 Cr. So company has shown average performance till FY19, but after performance is improved. Antony Waste Handling has posted an average EPS of Rs. 24.28 and average RoNW of 20.21% for last three fiscals. Issue is priced at a P/BV of 3.51 as per NAV of 89.87 on 30.09.20. As per FY20 earnings, P/E is around 14.63. If we attribute annualised latest earnings of FY21 on fully diluted equity post issue, then asking price is at a P/E of around 15.42. As per RHP, there is no listed peer available in market. On BRLM's front, for Equirus Capital Private Limited and IIFL, has handled around 11 IPOs in last three fiscals, and from last 10 IPOs, 5 opened below or at the issue price and remaining above issue price on the day of listing. As of now, from last 10 IPOs, 3 are trading below the issue price and remaining above issue price. ( As on 17.12.2020 ) As per financials, results are average, RoNW is 20.21% for last three fiscals and issue looks fairly priced with respect to current earnings. This industry is growing in India and it's expected to grow at good rate in upcoming years. Performance of BRLM is average. So we give SUBSCRIBE rating to this IPO for listing gains only.
