As a specialized software development and IT product enterprise, EverestIMS Technologies Limited does not own or operate physical manufacturing plants, assembly factories, or heavy industrial machinery, and consequently, quantitative factory capacity utilization figures are not applicable to its business operations. The company’s operational infrastructure is centered around its corporate head office and principal Software Development Center located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This facility houses its software engineering teams, network operations center (NOC) simulation setups, quality assurance laboratories, and customer support infrastructure.

R&D and technological innovation form the core foundation of the company's operational model. The in-house research and development team focuses on advancing machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, automated incident remediation, and conversational AI capabilities within the "Infraon" product framework. To accelerate technological capabilities, the company is deploying fresh IPO proceeds towards setting up an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation and Experience Laboratory equipped with high-performance GPU computing servers, enterprise switches, and storage systems to test, train, and demonstrate next-generation AI-driven AIOps and generative AI automation use cases.

Based on its historical financial data, EverestIMS Technologies Limited posted total income and net profits of ₹45.62 Cr / ₹10.83 Cr in FY24, ₹57.78 Cr / ₹14.08 Cr in FY25, and ₹65.91 Cr / ₹13.14 Cr in FY26. The company has demonstrated consistent top-line growth, with Total Income expanding at a 2-year CAGR of 20.21% and PAT growing at a 2-year CAGR of 10.15%, while maintaining a debt-free balance sheet across all reported periods. It boasts an average EPS of ₹7.71 and an average RoNW of 26.34% for the last three fiscals. Based on the pre-issue book value, the issue is priced at a Pre-Issue P/BV of 2.39 against a NAV of ₹35.55 (as of March 31, 2026). Factoring in the fresh issue proceeds, the Post-Issue P/BV stands at 1.85. Attributing the latest earnings to the expanded post-issue equity base, the asking price translates to a Post-Issue P/E of approximately 16.97x (FY24), 13.06x (FY25), and 14.00x (FY26).
